I was invited to an Easter lunch and I asked what could I bring? Cake! Yes, I’d love to!
I’ve had this rabbit figurine forever and she’s so spring-like with her watering can. I think it’s Peter and Flopsy’s mum Josephine Rabbit — at least it looks like her — and so I added her to the top of a jadeite green buttercream cake with a few chocolate Easter eggs thrown in for good measure. The cake was lemon with lemon curd between the layers. Oh, yum!
