I love succulents! Their shapes. Their shades of dusty green. Their variety of unique shapes.

Win-win! I had fun making them and the critters at the shelter will be taken care of. Perfect.
These adorable sugar cookies of sleeping baby girls, with different pink caps on their heads and wee pacifiers in their mouths, were takeaway gifts to thank everyone for coming to a baby shower. Fun idea. And fun to do too!

I was asked to make 100 crow cookies as a takeaway gift at the book launch and signing of The Company of Crows by Karen Molson. These sugar cookies were for a bridal shower tea. The bridesmaids were wearing pale pink so I kept with the theme and had some fun. Loved doing these. I don’t do cookies often but when I do, I’m reminded of how much work they are but the results are worth it.
