Someone’s in da house!

curling cakeTo celebrate the 35th anniversary of the Glengarry Curling Cup, I thought a cake that really screamed curling was just the thing.
“Curling for Dummies” said this…House: Also known as the rings, this is the name of the giant bull’s eye at either end of the sheet of ice. It consists of a set of concentric circles, called the 12-foot, 8-foot, 4-foot, and the Button.
So, that’s what I did and encircled it with a tartan ribbon, de rigueur in this part of the world. It is Glengarry’s Curling Cup afterall. Cheers!
