Happy St. Paddy’s Day

Tonight we’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with a corned beef and cabbage dinner (with boiled potatoes and carrots too), so I figured I’d have to come up with something clever for dessert.
Finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow sounds good to me, even if it’s only an edible version.
Here’s to green beer and shamrocks. Luck of the Irish be with you!
